Q: Is a printed catalog available?
A: Yes. Printed catalogs have been mailed to our customer list.
However, if you would like a new copy, please send us a note
on the "Contact Us" page and we'd be happy send a new one in
the mail.
Q: How can I place an
order?
A: We accept orders via phone (888-DAYSPRING), fax (303-530-2610)
e-mail (sales@dayspringmed.com), or via our on-line shopping
cart.
Q: What are your payment
options?
A: Our standard terms for our dialysis clinic and hospital
customers with approved credit are NET 30, FOB Origin. All
new customers will be contacted prior to issuing credit. We
also accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Non-clinic/hospital
customers must pay in advance via check or credit card.
Q: What is your shipping
policy?
A: Orders are typically shipped within 2 days after receipt
of order, often sooner. We ship via UPS ground and normal
delivery time is 7 to 10 days after receipt of order. Next-
day and Second-day shipping are available. All orders are
shipped FOB origin and are charged shipping and a nominal
handling fee.
Q: What is your return
policy?
A: All returns must be pre-approved, and will be subject to
a 25% restocking fee. No credit will be issued for unauthorized
returns. Requests for return must be within 60 days fro date
of invoice. Dated merchandise must have at least a 120 day
validity remaining. DaySpring Medical Products assumes no
liability for goods returned without authorization. We reserve
the right to inspect all returns before issuing credit. Full
credit will be issued only for defective product. All returns
must be in original, un-opened packaging. No partial returns
will be accepted. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid
to the address on the "Contact Us" page.

A: Staff is available to assist you Monday - Friday 8:00 am
to 4:30 pm Mountain Time.

Products approved by the FDA?
A: Yes. DaySpring Medical Products is registered with the
U.S. Food & Drug Administration as a medical device manufacturer
and complies with FDA requirements.
Q: Can you print custom
patient and medication labels?
A: Yes. Send us your specifications and we will develop a
proof for your review at no additional charge. There is a
10 roll minimum for all custom label orders.
